Minor interesting issue. When reading my feeds, the "Mark as read" button can take several minutes to take effect, and decrease the unread number. Got a few things that need improving (which everyone has already told you about), but I'm enjoying the experience. I've been using Google Reader for a few months now - it too is a little rough around the edges but I like it's simplicity and of course the dynamic UI. Newshutch kicks its butt and I'm a convert.
