We’ve been having some trouble with our DNS provider this weekend. We’ll let you know when it’s resolved.

I’m hating the random DNS outages, hours of great service, then half an hour of crap service. Then repeat.

    It sucks!

I hope this will get fixed really soon. I have had to export all my feeds and read them trough Bloglines…

Can’t you give us a temporary IP address we can use or something, Nathan?

i was trying to get to the blog to find out about the DNS problems, but there were DNS problems. maybe host the blog elsewhere so we can check it for problems when there are problems? not newshutch will ever go down again… :-)

Its still being temperamental for me. Sucks. However, that IP seems to be working. Thanks Nathan

Thanks for the IP. It works, and i think it works faster.

I hope you resolve things soon.

I have had more luck by using www.newshutch.com. This works better than newshutch.com.

Or, the IP address above works great everytime.

One of the problems i face is that i have setup Newsutch as my default Feed Reader in Firefox. And when i click a feed to subscribe to, before it took me to the add feed page of Newshutch. But now with the dns issue and probably because i use OpendDNS, when i click the feed icon, it redirecs me here:
    http://search.opendns.com/?url=newshutch.com%2Fexternal%2Fadd_feed%3Furl%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.newshutch.com%252Fblog%252Ffeed%252F

Just thought to share this with you, i hope it helps.

This is fixed, though it might take a few hours for DNS to propagate and for everyone to see newshutch.com again.

To fix this we had to change registrars. We were at Registerfly, who apparently has completely fallen apart in the last year or so. They broke our DNS entries and had no clue about how to fix it.
